begin their careers in our acclaimed "Action
Pack Career Development Program." Their new
broker skills are personally supported and enhanced
by Office Education Directors, assuring that even
our newest associates will possess the skills
and knowledge needed to get the job done right.
Our highly experienced Education Directors, themselves
successful sales agents, are the associate's partner
in their initial transactions. This provides the
customer with the solid experience and knowledge
of the Education Director and the unique energy
and enthusiasm of the new agents.
Prudential California Realty's experienced sales
agents regularly attend ongoing Advanced Education
Workshops, seminars and Continuing Education programs
at our Education Center. These programs update
and instill the essentials of our profession,
as well as the latest in marketing, financial,
legal and legislative changes. Each aspect of
the complex real estate world is addressed and
reviewed to assure up-to-the-minute knowledge.
Sales and Branch Managers, Assistant Managers
and Education Directors are prepared to offer
service to both the sales agent and the customer.
In addition to regularly scheduled management
team meetings, they also attend management development
programs to enhance their skills and knowledge
and to enable them to provide support in a wide
variety of business transactions.
