Veteran agent Peggy Kaufman has been representing clients
throughout Ventura and LA Counties since 1987. After their third child was born, Peggy and her husband
moved to the Conejo Valley for its excellent schools. They raised their four children in our area, all of whom
attended our local schools from White Oak elementary, Lindero Canyon Middle
School, and graduated from Agoura High School.
Peggy brings with her many years of experience in the corporate
world, where she gained skills that are of extreme value to her buyers and
sellers. She understands Marketing, Real Estate Law, Contracts and Negotiation. She also has
special licensing and continued education in Risk Management, Marketing, Ethics,
Fair Housing and basic Real Estate Laws. Peggy is certified in Short Sales and Foreclosures.
In addition, Peggy has a background in benefits administration,
human resources, employee relations, recruitment and selection, legal/government
compliance, salary administration and negotiation. Peggy also gained expertise in sales and
human resources, applying the knowledge and skills necessary to resolve day-to-day business
challenges and advance her employers’ goals. She directed and coordinated
safety programs to ensure OSHA regulation enforcement and compliance. Peggy earned
her Bachelor's Degree at UCLA and has achieved some MBA studies at
Pepperdine University.
In her leisure time, Peggy enjoys tennis and reading. She is
currently a member of the Assistance League, where she volunteers in literacy
programs, senior concerns, and helping the less fortunate in the Conejo
Valley.
Buyers and Sellers experience excellent representation when
working with Peggy. Harking back to her vast expertise in the business world,
she uses the tag line, “Corporate Power with a Personal Touch.” Since a major percentage of her
business is repeat clientele and referrals, Peggy says with enthusiasm, “I love
referrals!” |
