Veteran agents Suzee and Darryl Woods are thoroughly qualified Ventura County area experts. Suzee is the youngest of six girls, all raised in the lovely, serene community of Oxnard. She was born in the original St. Johns Hospital in Oxnard, as were all of her sisters except one.  Having attended Oxnard schools while growing up, Suzee is well versed when guiding her clients regarding their choice of enrollment areas in their new communities.  She has also lived in Ventura and Camarillo.

Before becoming a real estate professional, Suzee’s entrepreneurial flair made her a natural to open her own business.  During a brief six-year residence in Missouri, Suzee owned a very successful full-service beauty salon.  Says Suzee, “I set a goal for my potential income and superseded it by far. My goal for this income target was for one year, but I made it in about 5 1/2 months. Incredible!”

When she returned to her hometown in Ventura County, she knew she loved being a “people person.” She decided that real estate was her next goal, and turned her energy toward her new career.  This turned out to be an excellent decision, and Suzee is now very successful as a Realtor and is now joined by husband Darryl. Suzee feels that this was “a wonderful goal!”  She uses her personal familiarity with the area to acquaint clients with just about anything they’d like to know, and has a great deal of real estate expertise in Ventura County.  She specializes in Port Hueneme, Oxnard, Ventura, Camarillo and Thousand Oaks.  Suzee belongs to both the Conejo and Ventura County MLS.
