| Originally a native of New Hampshire, veteran agent Kathy
Orr has been helping buyers and sellers in Southern California since 1990. As a sales associate for a planned
community, where she sold twenty-three homes in seven months, Kathy received a
commendation from the general sales manager for professionalism in representing
the company. She went on to represent homebuilders throughout the 1990s and
became proficient at showing model homes and home sights.
Continuing with new home sales, Kathy became an expert in
working with buyers to overcome their concerns and answer questions regarding
construction. Another specialized
aspect of representing new homes is the need for the builder's representative
to help clients with a vision, including working with blueprints. Kathy continued to excel in sales, and
was awarded with accolades and recognition of excellence at the highest levels. She also managed the sales offices of
many of the developers, plus continued her sterling record of home sales.
Kathy next developed her expertise in working with
high-end homes, while selling estate properties in Calabasas. She successfully managed customer
relationships while overcoming significant construction delays. In 2005, Kathy,
along with her sales team, received a production award for exceeding
$89,000,000 in sales volume.
By 2007, Kathy was providing real estate services to
individuals looking to buy or sell in the Calabasas, Westlake Village
corridor. In working with more new
home sales, she was, once again, commended by management for her dedication to
providing clients the best service possible.
When not busy helping her clients, Kathy enjoys art
classes, gardening and staying fit.
She strongly believes in giving back to her community, and volunteers as
a tutor for an ESL student at the Conejo Adult School.
