Although
born in Tarzana, CA, in the San Fernando Valley, real estate
professional Kyle Tripoli came home with his family to Camarillo. He
can, therefore, be considered a native of Ventura County. Kyle's early
years were in Camarillo, but when he was eight, the family moved to
Ventura. He spent his childhood attending the local schools and playing
sports. When he was old enough, Kyle began a series of what he refers to
as "dead end jobs," but was motivated and had an excellent work ethic.
When he started school at Ventura College, Kyle was certain that he
wanted to choose a career of independence. Tired of minimum wage, Kyle's
entrepreneurial zeal prompted him to go into business for himself.
Initially, he started his own curb painting service. As he explains it,
"I knocked on every door from Wells Road all the way over to Mills Road
without skipping one house." He found that he was able to make $20 - $25
an hour - a big improvement! After six months of curb painting, Kyle
decided to merge his love of animals with a new venture, and founded
First Class Pet Sitting with only $1,200 and a lot of determination. In
the process, he discovered that he really enjoyed meeting people and
helping them solve their vacation problems. This led him into another
field of assisting people with even bigger challenges and decisions, a
career in real estate.
With his 80 or more pet sitting clients, Kyle became a real estate
professional with an excellent jumpstart. His personal acquaintance with
homeowners is of tremendous assistance when he is selected to represent
them as buyers and sellers. Kyle's
hard work has made him one of the top ten agents in his office, Fish
Philosophy Agent of the Year, Honors Society, and Top Selling Agent.
He combines his keen understanding of the
Internet with his people skills, and is an excellent real estate agent. |
