Veteran real estate agent Cathy Thomas is a dynamic Realtor, bringing boundless energy and enthusiasm to each transaction. She is a native Californian and has worked in Los Angeles and Ventura County for many years.

“I have a variety of life experiences, including real estate, business and accounting,” says Cathy.  With a related background in property management, she offers much more to her clients as a real estate professional.  As for her career in accounting, she worked for the City of Malibu in administrative services for thirteen years. This gives her a decided edge when it comes to coordinating with escrow and title companies.

“I love people.  I am committed to the real estate profession, and I pride myself on always providing exceptional quality.”  In doing so, she has teamed up with associate Carrie Stanton, also a Prudential California Realty agent and together, they impart their knowledge and expertise with their real estate column “In a Nutshell” which is published bi-weekly in the Hueneme Pilot.  This local paper provides news and information to Oxnard’s Beach Communities, Channel Islands Harbor and Port Hueneme.

Cathy has been a member of the Seabridge Specialists Team since it first formed.  This group of agents headquartered at Prudential California Realty’s Channel Islands/Oxnard office actively works with clients in Oxnard’s Seabridge tract of approximately 400 homes.

Licensed since 1986, Cathy’s business is largely referral-based, with clients recommending her services to friends, family and business partners.  “This is the highest compliment my clients can give me,” says Cathy.
