| Patty
Rodriguez began her Real Estate Career in 2002. Shortly thereafter, she earned her first award, “Rookie of
the Year,” which made her very proud. Numerous production awards have followed
since then. Patty works hard for her clients and consistently puts their needs
and priorities first. “It always
pays off!” says Patty.
Born and
raised in Oxnard, Patty attended local schools including Oxnard College. She is
the mother of 4, ranging in ages from 4 to 18. Her children attend elementary, middle school, high school
and college, all in Ventura County.
This gives her significant knowledge of our local education system,
which is invaluable to clients seeking that information when relocating to the
area.
Patty has
always had a passion for Real Estate.
She purchased her first home when she was 20 years old and has made
numerous investments since. One
word to classify Patty is a “Go-Getter.”
She makes things happen rather than letting them happen.
In addition
to her busy career as an agent, Patty has been a civil service employee for the
past 26 years, working at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division aboard
the local Naval Base at Pt. Mugu.
In her
words, Patty says, “I have the best of both worlds and have successfully built
my Real Estate business on referrals from family, friends and colleagues aboard
the bases.” She is a
multi-tasking, high-energy person who doesn’t stop!
During her
leisure time, she enjoys her kids’ on-going activities, spending time with
family and friends, attending church, party-planning, and exercise. She also enjoys reading self-help,
encouragement and motivational books.
The outcome of these books is evident in every one of her transactions,
from start to closing.
One of
Patty’s greatest satisfactions is helping families reach their goals of
home ownership. “It’s just the greatest feeling knowing you were a part of their
history!”
