Angeles, she has been a California resident all of her life. She and
her husband have lived in Thousand Oaks since 1979. They came to
Ventura County for the family-style community, great weather, clean air
and affordable prices. They have been in their present home in Thousand
Oaks for 20 years.
Before her career in real estate, Connie worked in the banking industry
for 10 years. During the next 5 years, she gained experience with 2nd
trust deeds, private investors, and hard-money lenders. Bringing this

In her spare time, Connie is learning Italian. She owns a second home
in Northern Italy’s wine country and loves the language, the people, and
the country.
