A native of Northern California, Margaret moved to Ventura County 1977.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate related
industries as a Certified Escrow Officer, then as a licensed agent.
Margaret’s background also includes Graphic Design. Her abundance of
skills assist her clients with expertly marketing their properties,
handling the intricacies of the escrow process, plus making good use of
one of her primary interests – interior design. Margaret is eCertified,
an indication that she has mastered the use of the Internet in
communications with her buyers and sellers, and the ability use the Web
for its optimal purposes to assist in the marketing process.
Margaret is also keenly involved with environmental issues. To that end,
she has recently obtained the EcoBroker Certified Designation, which
utilizes her passion for and involvement in environmental issues as it
pertains to Real Estate. Says Margaret, “This designation is very
important to me, as my marketing and focus of business is toward the
green Buyer or Seller. There are very few designated EcoBroker
certified licensees in Ventura County.”
With their two young daughters, Margaret and her husband love outdoor
activities. In addition to her interest in interior design, she loves to
play golf.
With areas of expertise in investment properties and first-time buyers,
Margaret thoroughly enjoys finding the perfect fit between buyers and
their respective real estate purchases. She knows the importance of
sharing her experience and knowledge with clients, and has prioritized
