Real estate veteran Beverly Pickrell was born in New York, but has been a
Thousand Oaks resident since 1961. Upon arrival, she really enjoyed
the small town and country atmosphere.
Beverly has a personal
Tenet for Success: Quality service, reputation for excellence, follow
through with a written plan of action, and constant communication to
ensure the program is on track. This seems to be working well, as she
is in the top 1% in the Nation in Sales, a multi-million dollar sales
producer, and has garnered numerous awards for achievements in the real
estate industry. Beverly is a member of Prudential’s Chairman's Circle,
through which she has achieved Legend status by being among this
prestigious group for five years or more.
Adding to her
impressive background, Beverly has been a V.I.P. Sales Associate, holds
her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, and is a
Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI), one of the most elite designations
in real estate. She frequently attends real estate courses, seminars
and workshops to keep abreast of all issues affecting homeowners and the
real estate industry. She is highly skilled in marketing, advertising
and investments, and has a background in management of estate and
orchard properties.
Beverly is a strong supporter of her
community and is an active member of several professional and community
organizations. She is one of the founders of the North Ranch Country
Club, in fact its first female member. She is past President of the Air
Force Academy Parents Club, Member of the Tri-County Parents Club, and
works with the American Diabetes Association. She has two children and
four grandchildren.
A long-time resident with vast knowledge of
the history and happenings in this area, Beverly specializes in Westlake
Village, Thousand Oaks, Moorpark, Camarillo, Somis, and Rancho Santa
Rosa properties. Her professional slogan harks back to her Tenet for
Success: "Excellence-Service-Professional." |
