Veteran agent Sharon Miyahira is a full-time Realtor who is passionate about the real estate profession. She has been selling residential homes and investment properties for over 15 years, specializing in the Ventura County and Conejo Valley areas. She has also been a resident here for over 35 years, and therefore has extensive knowledge and sales experience in all of Ventura County.

Born and raised in Oxnard, Sharon attended the local schools and graduated from Oxnard High School.  She took her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from UC Irvine. She then worked as a Graphic Artist, specifically designing ad layouts, and later for a Marketing Firm.  Her next career move was to real estate where she has been ever since.

Sharon guarantees her clients an enjoyable experience.  Says Sharon, “You will have no problem reaching me with immediate attention to your concerns.”  She has a proven track record of many successful transactions, numerous prestigious awards over the years, satisfied clients, and a referral list readily available. She has excellent negotiating skills and says, “Negotiating is my favorite part of the transaction. I like to get the best deal possible.”

Community involvement is important to Sharon. She is a member of the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce, and has participated in such fundraisers as Make-a-Wish Foundation, Easter Seals, and The Cancer Society. Sharon’s own family is a top priority.  She enjoys an active motherhood with toddler twin boys who like Gymboree and playing at the park.  Sharon’s hobbies include hiking, bike riding, travel, art, museums shopping and going to the beach.
