Pat enjoys marketing and selling properties in Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura, Newbury Park and Camarillo areas.

Pat has been a local broker since 1972, and is a graduate of the Realtors Institute, GRI.  She has won numerous awards, and this year was awarded membership in The President's Circle, placing her in the top 7% of Prudential agents nationwide.

Her clients benefit from her ability to come up with both practical and creative solutions.  Her boldness and creativity allow her to be a strong negotiator and to find options to solving the challenges.  And...she's fun to work with, too.

Having lived here since 1972 and raised three sons, Pat has served the community leading fund raising at the high school.  Two of her favorite pastimes are deep-sea fishing and Cleveland Browns football.
