Pam McWaid serving Ventura County since

A native to California, Pam was raised on the Westside of Los Angeles
and attended college at San Diego State, where she studied marketing and
business. In 1984, she and her family discovered the natural beauty
and quality of life of that Ventura County had to offer and never went
back. Since this time, Pam planted her roots in Camarillo with her
husband of over 20 years and began a family.
Real Estate is what Pam calls her passion. Educating and serving the
needs of her clients developed into a lifetime of loyal family of
clients that has kept her in the top 5%of her profession. Her extensive
knowledge of the Real Estate market through Ventura County is one asset
