Susan graduated from Northern Arizona University with a bachelors degree
in Business Education, and relocated to California in 1977. She was
employed by Unocal Oil Company in Los Angeles, and held financial,
economics, and human resources positions. While working with corporate
relocations, she became interested in real estate.
Over the past 30 years, Susan and her husband have lived in Los Angeles,
Orange and Ventura Counties. During the relocation process, she has
become acutely aware of the many details to be considered in relocating a
family. With a daughter attending Cal State Northridge and a son at
Moorpark High School, Susan has been heavily involved in their schools,
serving as PTA President at the unit and council levels. She also
taught Classical Music Appreciation to G.A.T.E. students, and directed
musicals in elementary and middle schools.
Susan is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the
California Association of Realtors®, and the Simi Valley/Moorpark
Association of Realtors®. She is dedicated to utilizing both her
financial and human relations experiences in making your move a positive
