| Veteran Agent Eve Lowe was
born in Tadcaster, Yorkshire, England.
She was raised in London, then moved to Vienna, Austria where she worked
as a nanny for a diplomatic family.
She next moved to Switzerland where she met and married an
American. Eve came to the US and
attended the University of California Davis. She holds her degree in English
and has her high school teaching credential.
Prior to her career in
real estate, Eve worked for large corporations in England and Switzerland and also
for the Congress of Micronesia, Saipan, Mariana Islands, where she was a
proofreader for congressional bills and government publications. She started her own
graphic design & publishing company, VacaMac Graphics, where she created
and published newsletters, flyers, and personal marketing brochures.
Eve began her career
in real estate sales in Kailua, Hawaii, in 2000. She returned to the mainland in 2008 and settled in
Camarillo. “We love the small town
feel, being surrounded by acres of productive agriculture, being close enough
to LA, and being able to visit the Bay Area where we have many friends.”
When not assisting her
buyers and sellers, Eve enjoys staying fit by walking and swimming. Her interests are reading, travel,
gardening, food (“cooking it, eating it”).
Eve is currently serving a
two-year term on the board of her community's homeowners' association. She had a similar experience in
Hawaii. “Working on HOA boards and
learning about the legal aspects of condominium developments has broadened my
knowledge of real estate and added to my ability to help clients in those kinds
of transactions.”
With several specialty
designations, Eve is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) and
an e-PRO. The e-PRO course greatly
expands the reach of REALTORS to market their clients' properties via the
Internet and brings new efficiencies to real estate transactions. "I can better assist my clients in
today's high-tech marketplace.”
Eve’s professional
philosophy is expressed in her business tag line: “Helping buyers and sellers find their way home.”
