Real Estate Professional Viktoriya Kreynes was born in Moscow, Russia.
With her Green Card in hand at the age of 21, she came to the United
States to New Haven, CT.
She graduated from Southern Connecticut
State University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Business
Administration. In 1996, she was the recipient of a Distinguished
Scholar Award.
Viktoriya’s early career included accounting,
working with accounts receivable, and as a Financial Analyst. When she
married, she came to California to join her husband. With their three
children, they moved from Santa Monica and chose Thousand Oaks for the
better climate, more of a family environment and better schools.
Viktoriya ultimately became a self-employed Financial Analyst in
Thousand Oaks.
In 2007, Viktoriya earned her Real Estate
Broker’s License, Notary License, and Certified Real Estate Loan Signing
Agent. She has a phenomenal business background and the related skills
to enable her to excel in Real Estate in record time. Viktoriya’s
clients receive expert advice regarding every aspect of their
transactions. They have complete confidence in her expert ability to
watch out for their best interests.
In her spare time, Viktoriya
enjoys tennis, running, the gym, and she actually includes Finance and
Real Estate among her hobbies. A more dedicated and knowledgeable agent
would be very hard to find.
