Real Estate professional Kristina Kline was born in Ojai, California and
lived in Ventura until her junior year in high school. She spent a
brief time in Spokane, Washington, where she graduated from high school,
then lived in Ontario, California. However, she and her husband have
returned to Fillmore and have spent the last several years in the
community, very happy with their decision.
Kristina’s career has been primarily focused in the mortgage broker and
real estate fields. For the past four years, she worked as the
administrative assistant of a small real estate development company in
Oxnard, working on projects in Ventura, Oxnard and the Santa Rosa
Valley. She is also a notary and had been invaluable in assisting them
with many different real estate transactions.
Kristina’s husband of 15 years works for the Pleasant Valley School
District. Says Kristina, “We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, and we enjoy
spending time with our seven nephews and two nieces.” They also love to
walk their dogs along the beautiful Sespe creek. Kristina is an
outdoor sports enthusiast and plays tennis and volleyball, and rides her
bike. She and her husband are both fluent in American Sign Language,
and love interacting with the deaf community. To keep life even more
interesting, Kristina occasionally works as a background actor in the
television and movie industry.
With her intimate knowledge of the immediate area and its schools, plus
her related skills in the real estate industry, Kristina is a wealth of
knowledge as she enthusiastically represents clients in Fillmore and
surrounding communities. She is proud to join the Prudential team, to
