| Real estate veteran Jeffrey Johnson
has been a Realtor since early 2002. After
completing the intense 10-week training course, he "hit the road
running" with impressive first year sales. His
performance was impressive enough to be named "Rookie of the Year" for
2002 from a group of 12 agents eligible for the title. For
2003, he received the Executive Sales Award for the year, and the
Diamond Sales Award for 2004 and 2005.
Jeffrey’s focus
is on customer satisfaction. He listens to his
client's inquiries and concerns, and gives them excellent follow-up. A real estate transaction involves interacting with
so many other parties as well, such as advertising/marketing, other
agents, escrow, title, inspectors and lenders. Jeffrey
is experienced and has an excellent track record in dealing and
negotiating with all these other parties.
As a native
Californian, Jeffrey has lived in various parts of both Northern and
Southern California. Since graduating from Cal
Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration / Accounting, he has lived primarily in the San Fernando
Valley and Conejo Valley areas. He has experience
in listing and selling residential properties in these areas as well as
Simi Valley, Valencia, Camarillo and Malibu.
Prior to
becoming a Realtor, Jeffrey enjoyed a very successful career as a CPA
for 10 years. Then, one of his clients in
Westlake Village asked him to be their chief financial officer, which he
accepted, and helped them grow from $12 million to $25 million in
annual sales over an eight-year period. Two years
prior to leaving the company, it was sold to a national organization,
and that's when he decided to pursue his secret desire to be involved in
real estate. And he’s never looked back. Jeffrey
thoroughly enjoys meeting new people and having them become clients.
