Real estate professional Greg Huyette moved from the East Coast to
Ventura County in 1991. Prior to his career in real estate, Greg was a
sales and marketing executive in the pharmaceutical and biotech
industries in the US and overseas for over 30 years. Says Greg, “Working
with customers and resolving their problems has always been rewarding
and enjoyable.”
Greg took his BA in Marketing, and his MBA in International Business. He
speaks fluent Spanish. He eventually became an independent consultant
in sales/marketing management and corporate planning for small business
and has solid expertise in negotiations, operations and reorganizations.
With his extensive business background, along with his organizational
and negotiating skills, the transition to a career in real estate sales
was a natural one for Greg. He feels that his business acumen combined
with a passion for problem solving are invaluable assets for his buyers
and sellers.
Greg and his wife Deborah, married in 1997, have four grown children and
will soon welcome their fifth grandchild. One of Greg’s lifelong
passions has been composing poetry. His book of 123 poems, The Greener
Grass From The Other Side, A poetic Path To Love And Happiness, was
published in 2005. This year, Greg has completed the first in a series
of ten children’s books called Happy Books. Its title is The Mouse And
The Grouse. His five grandchildren are fortunate indeed!
Intimately familiar with the local golf courses, Greg says, “I have
played golf all my life and love it. But I still can’t putt!” He
invites clients to contact him, to get acquainted, and to help them with
all of their real estate needs. |
