| I have been a resident in the Conejo Valley for over 25 years. I raised
my son here and have passionate love for this community. I have been the
recipient of many awards of excellence in my field, including:
Chairman's Circle (attained by only 2% of Agents Nationwide),
President's Circle and Leading Edge. Most of my clients are referral
based and repeat clients. It is critical to listen to buyers needs in
