Royette has been a Real Estate Broker and has been in real estate licensee in California since 1976.

To become a broker she completed a college curriculum including classes in finance, real estate law, property management, and real estate appraisal.

Real estate is her full-time profession and she has a thorough knowledge of real estate market in the Conejo Valley as well as the markets in Moorpark, Simi Valley.

Royette regularly attends continuing education courses to keep abreast of new laws and regulations affecting California real estate and her profession, she is also a Notary Public.
