Born and raised in
Bakersfield, real estate professional Kenneth DeMoss has ultimately
chosen the picturesque town of Fillmore as his permanent home.
He graduated from North High in Bakersfield, then
went on to college at Bakersfield Community College and subsequently
Ventura Community College.
Kenneth initially chose a
career in the retail industry, and worked for Vons market for fifteen
years. He
began in Bakersfield, then transferred to Ventura County in 1997 and
lived in Camarillo. He
worked his way up the ladder, and eventually earned a management
position. While
with Vons, Kenneth won the President’s award for service excellence
twice. He
brings this expertise in superior customer service to his real estate
clients. He
was also in a position of financial responsibility, which is of value
when guiding buyers and sellers through their various transactions.
In 2001, Kenneth and his
wife, an elementary school teacher in Santa Paula, chose Fillmore for
its small-town charm and hometown atmosphere. Says
Kenneth, “It’s a great place to raise my two daughters.”
With some influence from his father in law, the
manager of Prudential California Realty’s Camarillo branch, Kenneth
began his career in real estate.
The DeMoss family enjoys
gardening, do-it-yourself projects around the house, and decorating
their home. They
also enjoy going to the lake, spending time with family, and
vacationing in Northern California. As
a real estate agent, Kenneth enjoys being able to spend more time with
his children, and works hard for his clients when applying his
impressive knowledge of the Ventura County area, especially Fillmore. |
