Real estate professional Elizabeth Cuico was born in Saigon, Vietnam but
was raised in the Philippines. Her mother is Vietnamese and her father
Filipino. As a result, Elizabeth can speak both languages, which enables
her to easily communicate with her clients.
Elizabeth graduated from a prestigious university in the Philippines
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology. For a time, she
worked in that field but never really enjoyed it. Then she tried
working in sales and found her true niche. Says Elizabeth, “I love it!
In the Philippines, I worked in a well-known hotel as part of their
sales team and was awarded as one of their top 3 producers.”
In 1989, Elizabeth immigrated to the US. Making use of her medical
background, she worked in a laboratory at Hoag Hospital in Newport
Beach. She worked there for ten years, but all the while she really
missed working in sales.
When she married, Elizabeth devoted her time to her family. She has four
boys and is very involved with their various activities. “We always do
things together, and I am so proud to say that I have very smart, good
boys.”
After Elizabeth made the move to Oxnard, she vowed to do what she really
wanted to do, which is sales. She chose real estate as her career,
because she takes great pleasure in helping people find their dream
home. She has been an agent since 2004. “I enjoy what I'm doing and I
finally found the job that I love. Ever since I have been with
Prudential, I have always been in the top 10 producers for the Oxnard
office. I’m here to stay!” |
