Susan Consoletti certainly demanded high standards for herself when she defined her specialty of choice, and has developed an expertise in listing and selling estates and fine homes.  Her unique business slogan reflects her focus on excellence - "Raise your expectations!"

Susan was born in Apple Valley, California, but has lived on the West Coast in San Diego and San Francisco.  She then moved east to historic Williamsburg, VA, where she completed her education with a BA from Virginia Polytechnical Institute and State University (VA Tech for short).  She has a degree in communications.  This background has paved the way for her to impart her philosophy that "Details make the difference in real estate."

Along with her family, Susan has lived in the Thousand Oaks area for six years.  Her sons Grant and Owen attend Wildwood Elementary School.  Husband Michael is a Lieutenant Commander US Naval Aviator, but will be retiring in two years and is in the process of the “troops to teachers” program.
