Maryann Cassidy is a consummate real estate professional. Licensed since 1987, Maryann has enjoyed an active, full-time real estate career for nearly two decades.  She specializes in the Conejo Valley and its surrounding communities.  She also focuses on Simi Valley, Moorpark, and parts of the San Fernando Valley.

Not only is Maryann an area expert, she is eminently qualified with impressive achievements, certifications and affiliations.  She rigorously maintains a consistent and updated awareness of the marketing trends in today's real estate.  Her eighteen-year tenure has encompassed several firms, and she has been with PCR for the past nine years.

Before entering the real estate industry, Maryann was an independent business owner with a professional word processing service. She interfaced with various enterprises, including commercial and residential real estate appraisers.  She has also worked for Walt Disney Music Company and Lockheed Aerospace.

A current resident of Dos Vientos for three years, Maryann lived in Oak Park for twenty-four years preceding that.  She is a native Californian with a wealth of knowledge of the history and growth of the Conejo Valley, and the wonderful potential of its lifestyle.  She helped to pioneer the Oak Park School District, and her children were educated here in the Conejo.  They then went on to California State College and University systems. Local sports were a very large part of her family life.  That will translate well, now that she has three grandchildren!
