Sim and Mark believe that strong knowledge of the community, strong
negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service are
all crucial elements for a successful career in real estate.
While Sim and Mark love to help people open the right doors, they also
love the other part of their lives. Mark comes from a career that has
taken him from real estate to two decades of working in the film
industry and back again. In addition to filling clients' real estate
needs, Sim contributes freelance articles to various magazines including
805Living where she writes about the fascinating faces and places in
the Conejo Valley. They have a teenage son and a lovable beagle. Sim
and Mark are active supporters of, raise funds for and participate in
the Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk every year. They are very
pleased to be on the Prudential team of professionals.
