Born in Michigan, Pam spent most of her life in Calabasas and bought her
first home there when she got married in 1986. Growing up, Pam always
loved the Conejo Valley and dreamed of living in Westlake Village
someday. After attending school in Calabasas and Agoura, Pam went to
UCLA where she majored and took her degree in Sociology. During her last
year of college she began working at an insurance company and continued
there for 10 years. By the time she graduated from UCLA she had been
promoted to Senior Underwriter, and over the years at that company she
acted as the Office Manager, Payroll, Personnel and Human Resources
Director.
When her husband’s Company was relocated, Pam took a
detour to the Santa Clarita Valley. While living in Valencia, she went
to work as an Executive Assistant to a Real Estate Broker and after a
couple of years got her own license and began her Real Estate career.
Pam
and her husband, Rick, started a family in the mid 1990’s and as soon
as it was possible they moved back to Ventura County. Living in Wood
Ranch/Simi Valley for a short time, the family moved to Lake
Sherwood/Westlake Village in 2003. All told, Pam has been in the area
for about 40 years.
Pam and Rick feel the Conejo Valley is a
great place to raise children and the schools are outstanding. Her
children attend Westlake Elementary, Colina Middle School and Westlake
High School.
Pam says, “I am so grateful and happy to be raising my
children in this beautiful area. The kids love their schools, &
their teachers are wonderful. Growing up I dreamed of living in Westlake
Village and now I am living in the wonderful community of Lake
Sherwood. The first time I showed a home on that lake, I knew I wanted
to live there and I started looking.
Pam is heavily involved in
her kids’ activities and she frequently volunteers at their schools.
With a full time Real Estate career and 4 kids in Competitive Cheer, she
keeps herself pretty busy. When she does get a moment to herself, Pam
enjoys yoga and going to movies with family and friends.
Licensed
since 1989, Pam has handled more than 1,000 transactions in her 2
decades in Real Estate. Now a highly successful and sought-after agent,
Pam specializes in the Conejo Valley, Simi Valley/Wood Ranch,
Camarillo, the Santa Rosa Valley and Big Bear. She also specializes in
Short Pays and Relocation.
