Sonia has a solid command of
marketing, contracts and the local real estate market. Additionally,
Sonia spent three years working as a Relocation Specialist for Amgen.
Having assisted over 1200 families with their relocations, she has a
unique knowledge of the needs of corporate transferees and their
families.
Sonia’s goal is to make buying or selling a home as stress-free as
possible. She listens conscientiously to her client's needs and
concerns, then always keeps them and the REALTORS with whom she's
working informed with her meticulous attention to detail and
thoroughness. Sonia believes that establishing an open line of
communication is critically important to the sucessful completion of any
transaction.
Real Estate is not only Sonia’s career, but is her passion. She has been
married for 35 years and is the mother of two adult children. Her
hobbies are traveling and gardening, and she is fluent in Spanish. Sonia
is an active member of the Conejo Valley Rotary Club and Zonta of the
Conejo, where she volunteers her time for local and international
projects.
