In 1978, Rebecca relocated from Houston, Texas to Santa Barbara, and
lived there until 2001. A true area expert, Rebecca owned a series of
retail stores specializing in interior décor for residences and also the
restaurant industry. She was responsible for creating décor packages
for more that 250 restaurant locations.
Her listing clients benefit tremendously from this expertise, because
she knows exactly how to “stage” a home to optimize it for sale. While
in Houston, she was a legal secretary for the legal branch of a major
title company – also a valuable skill set to pass on to her clients.
Rebecca has always loved the beach. In 2001, she moved to Oxnard
because she found that she could purchase a home that puts her a ½ block
from the environment she adores – walks in the sand, the waves, the
birds – the beach.
Licensed in 2003 and now a seasoned real estate professional, Rebecca
specializes in beach properties from Santa Barbara to Oxnard. She has
also represented the seller of a 29-unit apartment complex in Santa
Barbara – a major transaction of 7.6 million.
In her spare time, Rebecca volunteers with Rescue for Cats in Santa
Barbara. She has made it an ongoing policy to give back a percentage of
her commissions from every sale to the client’s choice of animal
assistance charities.
Says Rebecca, “I love people and I love helping them find the home of
their dreams, just like I did!”
