For the past 20 years, real estate
professional Bob Bourdon has been a resident of Thousand Oaks and is a
true area expert. A native Californian, Bob has a
strong background in retail sales, with upper-level management
positions held as District Manager and in Human Resources.
He has been given areas of tremendous responsibility, which
indicate the absolute trust of his employers. He
moved on to VP of sales for an Internet company, and Director of Client
Relations for a company that partnered with Fortune 500 companies.
Having lived in Thousand Oaks in the late
70's, Bob gained an appreciation and fondness for the Conejo Valley. He
relocated to Orange County, but returned with his family to become a
resident of Lake Sherwood in 1992. They then moved to the North Ranch
area in 2001, where they have been ever since. Bob
and his wife have two grown sons who live in Arizona. Both
attended our local schools from elementary through high school, and
went on to Cal State Northridge and Arizona State, respectively. Both were awarded football scholarships.
Bob attended Cerritos College where he earned
his Associate of Arts degree. He also spent four
years in the Air Force. When not working hard for
his real estate clients, Bob enjoys golf, fishing, sports, travel and
reading, plus time spent at the beach. A strong
believer in giving back to the community, Bob has volunteered with a
group called Jobseekers, helping men and women go through career
transitions, and also the Food Pantry at his local church.
A lifetime of hard work and dedication have lead
Bob to adopt the following business slogan - "Providing Positive
Outcomes." Clients seeking representation for
residential housing in Ventura County, particularly North Ranch, will
find an honest, committed Realtor in Bob, ready to assist in helping
them buy or sell their homes.
