Terri earned her real estate license in Rochester, New York in 1995, then
moved to Camarillo in 2003. She made the move to Camarillo with her
husband because of his job transfer, and then joined Prudential
California Realty in 2004. Terri has three fantastic grown children who
live and work nearby. She also has two horses who she currently boards
in Simi Valley. “They are my relaxation and some days my sanity!”
After leaving New York, starting her business in a new area was a great
learning experience for Terri. Even though the real estate market in
California is different than in western NY, “People are people. I’m a
Native New Yorker and a California Lover!” she says. “I think of myself
as more of a service provider than a salesperson. When I originally
became an agent, I wanted to help people with the most important
purchase of their lives.” From personal experience with a problematic
agent, Terri recognized the need for caring, honest agents. “I try to
treat my clients with the same TLC I'd expect – TLC from Terri B!”
In fact, her primary goal is excellent service to her clients. Says
Terri, “There's no problem that can't be solved - that's become my
motto. I love this business. I'm in it for the long haul!”
